NCCAR Registration Form

The North Carolina Coalition for Adoption Reform is a 501C(4) non-profit organization is working toward passing legislation currently within the NC General Assembly.  We need your support now more then ever.

Since we are a 501C(4) organization, we rely entirely on yearly memberships and donations from all of you.  We have to tell you up front that none of this is deductible.  Our annual registration fee is $25.00, or we graciously accept donations to the cause.

(If you should have a problem with the registration fee, please do not let that deter you from becoming a registered member. We will only ask that if we should need support with stamps, envelopes or items such as this down the road, that you would graciously help us out).

Money orders or checks should be made out to NCCAR and sent to:

Susan Daniels (our treasurer)

1713 McCougan Rd

Fayettville, NC 28303.

Stamps and other items may be mailed to:

NCCAR PO Box 32511 Durham, NC. 27707

Our organization recently opened up a bank account, and anyone who is a paid member will receive a financial statement of the organization upon request.

Please be sure to put 'NCCAR Membership' in your memo field on your check.
